The next event in the "Banatica Culinary Lectures" series aims to follow the history of traditional cuisine in detail.
With us will be the university associate. Dr. Gabriel Kelemen, moderated by Caius Merșa, the project coordinator. It will explore different aspects of culinary history with a social-humanist approach, covering a wide range of historical periods and geographical locations.
The event is the perfect opportunity to get to know the past and present of authentic Banat cuisine, to understand the inherited gastronomic secrets and to appreciate the culinary richness that defines our community.
The project is part of the national cultural programme "Timișoara – European Capital of Culture in 2023" and is funded through the Grow Timișoara 2023 programme, implemented by the Center for Projects Timișoara, with funds allocated from the state budget, through the budget of the Ministry of Culture.
