Once the semi-resident groove mixologist in now-defunct Art Club and Hush, Joy lives now a secluded life, within his minor scale retreat in the mountains of vinyl, CDs, cassettes and other musical formats, from where he emerges only sometimes, meteorically, when planets are rightfully aligned to have some hit-and-run parties where he plays an eclectic mix from different genres and different proportions of post punk, proper punk, wave, goth, NDW, old school EBM, minimal wave, new beat, madchester, brit pop, indie, alternative, miscellaneous electronica. During his sets, he always performs flanked by a pair of flamingos, a pair of black swans, an ostrich and some fake advertising.
