Minimarket ABC* documents hybrid spaces from Timișoara, spaces that both functionally complement and aesthetically alter the urban environment through formal contradictions, creating a specific visual identity for Romania. The images present connecting structures (complex or simple) between the street and the interior, an interface for customers, which may or may not reflect the quality of services offered. Therefore, the freedom of aesthetic expression creates accidental typologies through formal solutions multiplied by the desire to validate a higher status, slightly better than that of the competition. These spaces are constantly evolving from one owner to another, undergoing "beautification" changes to become an extension of the owner's personality, and often bear traces of previous failed attempts.
