On Saturday, September 16 2023, we invite you to a new gastronomic gathering focused on seasonal ingredients. Autumn is knocking at our door, bringing a wealth of flavors, colors and aromas. We will capture them on our plates in a new edition of Taste as Heritage.
A workshop that promises to awaken your appetite for cooking at home and visiting the farmers’ market. Marta Pozsonyi from Turda Gastronomic Community Center will cook for us.
The moderator of the event will be Tiberiu Cazacioc, Slow Food activist, blogger (Observatorul Gastronomic), quality scheme specialist.
The event is organized within the LA PAS / Slowing down program, part of the Timișoara - European Capital of Culture 2023 program. Funded by Timișoara City through the Center for Projects.
