Formerly empty land, the Timisoara Factory Park is located in the Dorobanți district, between Uzina de Apă and Mihai Viteazul Bridge and has an area of almost 18,000 square meters. After planting trees and shrubs, an artesian fountain, and a pool creating the impression of a lake over which a bridge runs, playgrounds for children have been designed. An interesting feature of the site is the arrangement of 13 stone columns, arranged in a circular pattern, in the form of a small summer theatre. Designed to resemble the famous Neolithic monument Stonehenge in England, this space has become active and popular lately, especially with cyclists who use the bike path near the park on the Bega river.
