Tsvetelina Angelova was born in the city of Pleven, Bulgaria, in 1989. She graduated from high school in 2008, majoring in Bulgarian language and literature. In the same year, she began undergraduate studies in Plovdiv at the Academy of Music, Dance, and Fine Arts, where she studied and graduated in 2012 with a specialty in Pedagogy of Art Education, Specialization - Sculpture, under the guidance of Professor Svilen Kostadinov. In the period 2012-2014, she pursued a master's degree in the same specialty.

During and after her studies, she actively engaged in the field of sculpture. In the early years, she worked with classical materials such as stone, wood, bronze, and metal in the area of figurative art. Since 2015, she has started working with alternative materials, mostly recycled plastic, but also polystyrene, nylons, and others. She lived and worked in the city of Plovdiv, Bulgaria, from 2008 until 2022. From 2014 to 2016, she participated in numerous exhibitions, projects, actions, and was part of the performance group 'tup dupp'. She also took part in international exhibitions in Turkey, Bratislava, Morocco, and Spain. In 2019, she contributed to the Via Transilvania project, which concluded in 2022. Since the end of 2022, she has been living in Timișoara. She is a member of the NAVA C2 art group.
