Perspective I Timișoara 2023 for all documents the cultural journey in the context of the European Capital of Culture program of four protagonists, representatives of vulnerable groups: the blind, the deaf, people who use wheelchairs and people who use simplified language, emphasizing self-representation in each activity and empowerment. They will be chroniclers of 20 different cultural events in the Timișoara 2023 program, together with the team of journalists who will document the process in video and audio, accompanying them we can discover the way they live the cultural experience, but also the obstacles they encounter.

What are we looking for?

Along the way, we can identify the degree of accessibility of cultural content and infrastructure. The information obtained will form the basis of several products: a video and audio documentary, 20 audio-video reports and a brochure with recommendations for cultural operators regarding the accessibility of cultural programs for vulnerable groups. The experiences of the chroniclers will be transposed in the form of reports which, in turn, will benefit from subtitles (in Romanian and English), translation into Romanian sign language.
