Intertwined brings together the artist's latest concerns, starting from experimenting with new materials and testing new techniques, such as quilting and embroidery, and reaching the development of current concepts that explore the use of recycled materials, intimacy and intergenerational connections. The chosen materials present stylised elements taken from the natural landscape and the built one, and the result reflects how we interact with them. Each texture represents the mirroring of a community, which hides its history in its veins, offering, at the same time, different meanings for those who live outside of the respective community.
