On 7-8 October 2023, from 10:00-17:00, eight teams of children born in 2013-2014 and younger will compete in a mini-handball tournament held in Central Park (Timișoara), in front of the Monument to the Unknown Soldier.

Children born 2013-2014 and younger will compete in a non-scoring, championship-style game system. The matches will be held on a 20 x 15 m field. There will be 4 players plus 1 goalkeeper on the field, and matches will have 2 halves of 10 minutes each.

Participants will receive a kit containing a bag, tank top, hydration drinks and energy bars. Members of the winning teams will receive medals.

The tournament will be opened by a demonstration match of the juniors from the SCM Politehnica Timișoara, after which, at 11:00, the boys will open the tournament with the match SCM Politehnica Timișoara – Banatul Sports High School.

On Sunday, the girls' teams will compete, starting at 10:00 with the match between Banatul Sports High School and AHCS Cîtu Timișoara.
