Nokia Campus: European Researchers’ Night

European Researchers’ Night is part of Marie Skłodowska-Curie series of events, which aims to show the public what being a researcher means and how interesting the research work can be.

Annually, on the last Friday of September, the European Researchers’ Night (event organised across EU countries) makes science accessible to all through scientific activities which combine education with entertainment, such as exhibitions, hands-on experiments, science shows, games, competitions, quizzes and more.

Since the first European Researchers’ Night edition in 2005, millions of visitors made contact with scientists from all over the continent and beyond. The event attracts yearly more than 1.5 million visitors from Europe and beyond.

This year, the event will take place in 26 countries on Friday 29th of September 2023. Over 400 cities from Europe and beyond will host meetings with scientists and researchers, while the public will have the chance to meet them and better understand the impact of their work on citizens’ daily life.

If you have a curious mind, if you wish to start a research career or if you are just really passionate about science, European Researchers’ Night is the most suitable event for you!

Here you can meet the friendliest researchers, you can watch presentations of the most innovative projects, you can participate in hands-on experiments, while the contests and surprises will make your experience an unforgettable one.
