"Science and Wine" is the occasion through which the research staff of the Timișoara Politechnica University will present science in all its beauty to those who are eager to find out more. After participating in storytelling workshops and a mentoring process, the researchers will explain concepts in their field of activity in a way that the non-specialist public can understand.

The event brings to the public Andrea Kellenberger, associate professor in the Department of Applied Chemistry, Inorganic Compounds and Environmental Engineering of the Faculty of Industrial Chemistry and Environmental Engineering from UPT, a field on which she also focuses her research activity.

We know that water is a limited and vital resource of mankind, but how can we use it as the "fuel of the future"?

Following this presentation, participants are invited to participate in a light discussion on the topic.

To create a unique experience, the discussions will be accompanied by a wine tasting. The wines are offered by Cramele Recaș, and the selection is specially designed for each individual theme.
