Forma inEDU is a project about the valorization of cultural resources and the integration of art in the school environment by creating educational contexts that form and strengthen the pedagogical and intercultural competences of teaching staff. The project develops partnerships and cultural networks at local and regional level. The inEDU form is an open process of creating an educational community that emphasizes interdisciplinary learning, contributes to the training of teaching staff as resource people for cultural mediation and the transmission of culture in the Romanian school.
The activities within the project can be integrated into the classroom, increasing the quality of the formal educational act, or they can represent non-formal ways of development, complementing school activities. The project fulfills a social need and an important educational deficiency: the training of teaching staff as resource people for cultural mediation and the transmission of culture in the Romanian school.
This project is part of the national cultural programme "Timișoara European Capital of Culture in the year 2023" and is financed by the Power Station+ program | Creative schools, run by the Center for Projects Timișoara, with amounts allocated from the state budget, through the budget of the Ministry of Culture.
