MAGUS Consulting organizes events in the field of cinematography, as well as film production.

In 2022 we had the following events:

A different kind of history lesson
A different kind of history lesson is a project of education through culture, in the implementation of which we were supported by the House of Culture of the Municipality of Timișoara.
At the National College "C.D. Loga" in Timișoara, three documentaries produced by Chainsaw Production were presented, Maria, the Heart of Romania, King s War and The way home, in the presence of their producer, John Florescu, an emblematic figure of the documentary film.
The discussions that took place after the screenings were moderated by Irina-Margareta Nistor. In the dialogue with young people, themes such as the importance of history in individual training, film production, career guidance and freedom of expression with the help of visual tools were touched upon.

Cannes Film Festival
May is the month of the Cannes Film Festival, where director Cristian Mungiu participated in the official competition, with the film R.M.N.
Magus Consulting worked on this project on the location side and had the honor of being on the red carpet with the film crew.
The presence at the Cannes Film Festival helped us to identify important films that we then brought to the Timisoara audience.
Magus Consulting was the local organizer of Les Films de Cannes in Timisoara (October 2022), an event carried out under the umbrella of Cristian Mungiu's team, and which proved to be a real success.
Triangle of Sadness, the Palme d'Or award-winning film, filled Cinema Victoria and another screening was needed due to the interest it aroused. Five other Cannes award-winning films were screened at the same event.

Flight Film Festival
Flight Film Festival is another major event, and the 4th edition, continued the tradition with the three sections of the previous editions: Art/Author films, Music themed films and Sci-fi & Thriller films.
