On June 5, a group of 6 children participated in the "House of Fantasy" reading workshop, facilitated by Alina Iga at Gallery 3 of the Maria Theresia Bastion in Timișoara.
The workshop started with a connecting game, in which Alina invited the children to say their names, choose an image of an environmentally friendly house and justify the choice made. Afterwards, they 12 ears listened carefully to the story written by Géraldine Elschnerau and admired the illustrations. The story introduces young readers to the idea of a different, environmentally friendly architecture. Lucie Vandevelde's captivating drawings convey a child's view of city life, with people, pets, automobiles and machines. At the end of the workshop, the children each received a view to color, which they will send to a loved one.
