Director Bobi Pricop, Iustin Surpănelu, director of image and Christine Cizmaș, assistant director interviewed more than 120 cultural operators from Timișoara, personalities of Timișoara's public and cultural life, strong and representative voices for the cultural year 2023. The film of more than 120 interviews conducted by the artistic team of the Gala captures not only the complexity of a unique year for Timișoara, but also the perspective of a solid cultural ecosystem, which did not exist before the Cultural Capital year and which is emerging as the first consistent legacy of the year 2023. During the Gala, the public will have the opportunity to watch sequences of more than 120 interviews. 

The scenography of the show, inspired by the visual identity of the year 2023, is by set designer Oana Micu. The artistic team of the Gala was completed by Luca Priscornic, camera assistant, Alex Tocilescu, script consultant and Maria Rotar, technical production.

The Gala programme will be completed by concerts with Dora Gaitanovici and EMAA, by the premiere dance moment "Jiezou", created especially for this gala by choreographer Filip Stoica and featuring Simona Dabija, Bogdan Zamfir, Alexandru Snopovshi, Bianca Ardelean, Sofia Sitaru and Daniel Dragomir, as well as an aerial acrobatics moment performed by Blue X and Sonics, accompanied by vocal soloist Silvia de Santis.
