This course explores the power of voice and music in personal development. Through interactive activities and musical games, sound, rhythm and harmony will be explored, with direct results in improving communication skills and teamwork.
Music workshops are held on Wednesdays, online, for teachers from Banat National College in Timișoara and Secondary School no. 7 Saint Mary, by the specialized facilitator Angelica Florina Baciu -Madrigal chorister, music teacher with over 14 years of experience in the field.
Mode of delivery: online, 3 sessions of 1.5 hours each.
Participatory music improvisation workshops for teachers are an innovative and joyful way to explore the universe of sound and develop musical skills and creativity, as well as deepen ways of working with children through music.
The activity not only develops musical skills, but also promotes collaboration, creativity and the joy of exploring and creating unique and expressive sounds. Participants let themselves be carried away by their own rhythm and melodies, discovering new ways of expression through various sounds and instruments.
The content of the 3 courses will aim to provide the beneficiary teachers with a practical vision, applicable in the classroom, derived from the trainer's experience regarding the following aspects:
- Human voice (elements of anatomy)
- How sound is produced, transmitted, propagated (elements of applied physics - experiments)
- Correct breathing - exercises for breathing awareness and developing steady flow
- Physiological age and psychological age of children
- Fun and musical activities adapted to the children's age and their level of psycho-motor and intellectual development.
