It is 2023, and the world is full of media users. Everyone is concerned about the lack of time, so no one really has time to think about it to understand it.
The Captivating Lights route proposes redirecting attention from the artificial light of devices to the individual's inner light to generate new connections through shared experiences and reflect critically on new technologies.
New technologies can isolate us from our bubble, giving us a false sense of connection. Still, they are also a fundamental tool for co-creating and sharing cultural content. Thus, the trail encourages viewers to turn their technology addiction towards cultural content and digital inclusion.
Captivating lights will function as an engine of artistic and social action/interaction in the public space through interdisciplinary approaches and is composed of four projects:

- Talking to strangers / Talking to strangers
This project is part of the national cultural programme "Timișoara – European Capital of Culture in the year 2023" and is funded by the City of Timișoara, through the Center for Projects.
